Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick-up at Wiggles and Whiskers Headquarters located at:  26 Young Street, St. Jacobs, ON N0B 2N0. When local pick-up is selected we will  email you to make arrangements for a date and time to pick-up your order. 

Canada Post Lettermail™ Shipping

We offer Oversized Lettermail™ Shipping via Canada Post on most of our products (depends on size and weight). No Tracking number is provided with this service, but you will receive an email confirmation at the time of shipment. The speed of this method varies depending on the time of year and how rural the destination is.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ Shipping

We offer Expedited Parcel™ Shipping via Canada Post. At this time, we are offering this service at a flat rate price that is often cheaper than Canada Post’s ‘Counter Rates’. Packages are shipped from St. Jacobs, ON and shipping distance costs will be calculated accordingly. Tracking numbers are provided to customers. Canada Post has a shipping speed guarantee of 4 -7 business days for locations within Ontario and within 6 - 8 days for the rest of Canada. updated 12/07/2022

ChitChats and Stallion Express Courier Service

Effective 10/2022 we will be utilizing these third party courier services in order to provide a cost effective shipping alternative for bulkier products such as Cat Nap Play Mats, Snuffle Logs and Snuffle Balls. ChitChats/Stallion Express does utilize Canada Post delivery agents at various stages, so it is very likely you may not even notice this change. Tracking numbers will still be provided a time of shipping. 

Canada Post Xpresspost™ Shipping

Effective 21/03/2023 we will only be offering Xpresspost™ shipping via Canada Post by request only. If you would like this fast/express shipping method please contact us directly at megan@wigglesandwhiskers.ca  or 519-998-6154 for a quote.
