Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick-up at Wiggles and Whiskers Headquarters located at:  26 Young Street, St. Jacobs, ON N0B 2N0. When local pick-up is selected we will  email you to make arrangements for a date and time to pick-up your order. 

Canada Post Oversized Lettermail™ Shipping

Effective November 2025 we will be minimizing our use of Canada Post’s services as they have become largely unreliable/inconsistent for our customers since December 2024 when strike actions of various types began. Pet Tags and Greeting Cards will be the only items shipped by Canada Post moving forward. No tracking numbers are provided for this type of shipping. 

ClickShip (Courier Shipping)

Effective November 2025 we will now be utilizing the services of ClickShip (a division of Freightcom) to secure economical rates with a variety reputable courier companies (ie. Canpar, DHL, ICS Courier, FedEx, Purolator etc.) to deliver orders faster to customers across Canada, with tracking numbers. This is a service that we were not able to provide previously due to our location in a small village and cost. In order to do this we are charging a regionally based, flat rate shipping amount on each order.
